Ingredients:

  • 2 Cartons Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 TBS of Bing RAZ

Directions: Wash Raspberries and add 2 Tablespoons of Bing RAZ and smash it all together in a bowl and refrigerate. Next add 1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream to a separate bowl and mix with an electric mixer, using Medium Speed until the consistency is thick and creamy (about 15 minutes). To finish, gently fold the fresh smashed raspberries into the cream mixture. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
